User Agreement

Effective Date: October 2026 (v1.2 Release)

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Pro Wifi Camera Remote App, developed and distributed by Delaware Distribution Services LLC (operating as DDS Solutions). Please review the following terms carefully before using this application:

1. Lawful Monitoring

This application is intended for lawful monitoring of your own property or consensual communications only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this app complies with all local, state, and federal laws regarding video and audio recording.

2. Not a Safety Device

This app is a monitoring aid and does NOT replace adult supervision. Do not rely on it for critical safety or security purposes. The app's functionality depends on local network stability and device battery.

3. Battery & Heat

Continuous video streaming consumes significant battery power and may cause devices to heat up. Ensure devices are well-ventilated.

4. Motion Detection Alerts

The motion detection and alert features are provided as monitoring aids only. They are not a substitute for professional security systems. Detection accuracy depends on lighting conditions, camera positioning, and sensitivity settings. DDS Solutions is not liable for missed detections or false alerts.

5. Remote Start

The Remote Start feature allows you to start a camera device remotely from a monitor device on the same network. You are solely responsible for ensuring that remote activation of the camera complies with all applicable laws and that all individuals in the monitored area are aware of and have consented to the monitoring where required by law.

6. License & Purchase Terms

Upon purchase via Google Play, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on personal devices. This is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions. All payment processing, billing, and refund requests are governed by Google Play Store terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DELAWARE DISTRIBUTION SERVICES LLC, DDS SOLUTIONS, OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APPLICATION LICENSE ($1.99 USD).

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
